So we can create and schedule your posts, you'll need to add us to your Page. Takes about two minutes.

  1. Go to Facebook and switch into your Page (click your profile picture, top right, then select your Page).
  2. Click your Page's profile picture again, then Settings and privacy → Settings.
  3. In the left menu, click Page setup, then Page access.
  4. Next to People with Facebook access, click Add new.
  5. Search for the person by name or the email on their Facebook account, and select them.
  6. Turn on Allow this person to have full control, then click Give access.
  7. Enter your Facebook password to confirm. Done!

A few things worth knowing:

  • The person you added gets an invitation and has to accept it before anything works — and invites expire, so don't let it sit.
  • Full control is the equivalent of the old "admin" role. If you'd rather grant less, you can use task access instead, limited to creating content — but full control keeps things simplest.
  • You can remove or change anyone's access from this same screen at any time.
